Each villa has its private entry, full kitchen/dinning, a separate laundry room, air conditioning, hardwood/traventine/tile flooring, and large balcony. The complex has a salt-water swimming pool, 7 parking stalls and is secured with electronic gates.

The villas are conveniently located in the center of south Kihei, restaurants, shopping malls, post office, medical facilities, and grocery stores are all within walking distance.
